Initially this service is directed at the English speaking population throughout the world but there are plans to expand this to the Italian market in the very short term.

How it works

You agree to advertise your property with us for 1 year for a fee of €250. Your property will receive the maximum possible coverage. You complete our authorisation form which will include a written description of your property, the exact location and the price that you wish to sell your property for. You can also supply photos of your property, if you have them. If not, provided we can gain access to your property, we will take these for you. We will arrange for your property details to be uploaded onto the website. We can also offer unbiased advice about the local property market and the realistic value of your property.

Interested buyers for your property will complete an online enquiry form upon which we ask for full contact details including the deposit that they have available. This enquiry form will be sent direct to your email contact address. You will then be able to make contact with your potential buyer to progress the sale of your property. Buyers always deal direct with the owner to ensure a smooth sale.

If your property has not yet been completed then we can still accept your instructions to advertise on our system.

In the unlikely event that your property remains unsold after the first year then we would be happy to renew your advertisement for a further year at a 50% discount, €120.
