MyBellaItalia Property Rentals are able to offer a unique rentals booking system that provides an easy to use web site that will show your property to a large audience giving you exhaustive coverage to boost your chances of rental options for your property. Our website attracts interest from English speaking clients and we are in the process of developing this to Italian speaking clients. We now have over 250 affiliated websites that will be promoting your rental property, worldwide.

MyBellaItalia Property Rentals booking system is available to all clients that subscribe to one of our property Management Packages. It is designed for clients with little or no time to get involved with all of the administration of renting their holiday home. We will advertise your property for holiday and long term rentals and look after and deal directly with your clients.

·         You decide what weeks you wish to rent your property. This could range from a few weeks to 52 weeks of the year. We cannot guarantee how many weeks can be rented for you.

·         You advise us of which weeks (if any) are required by you. We will then make these weeks unavailable to future renters.

·         Your property will be advertised on our website as well as over 250 affiliated sites.

·         We will help and advise you what prices to charge during the letting period, taking account of public holidays etc.

·         We will provide a booking system to show potential renters of the dates available, weekly prices, full details of your property (including facilities) and photographs.

·         Potential clients will book your property on line with instant confirmation. A deposit will be paid at booking stage with the balance becoming available 6 weeks prior to rental start date. The renter will be required to pay a breakage deposit which will be refunded 6 weeks after the end of the rental period, provided that no claims are made.

·         We will advise you of all bookings made at time of instant confirmation.

·         You will have no contact with the renters. We will take care of everything before and give detailed instructions for arrival in Italy.

·         We will pay you the net rental income after deduction of all of our charges. This payment will be made after the rental period is completed. The payment will be made into your nominated bank account.
