We are able to offer varying cleaning options as detailed below;

HOLIDAY CHANGEOVER CLEAN
The following schedule will be attended to;
· Polish furniture, vacuum floors and rugs, mop tiled floors.
· Clean oven, hob, fridge, and freezer. Wipe down kitchen unit doors and drawers.
· Dispose of opened food items left by previous guests.
· When required, clean inside and outside windows (where possible), cabinets and mirrors.
· Clean and sanitise bins, sinks, toilets, baths, and showers. Clean tiled areas.
· Sheets and towels will be washed in your washing machine. Items that cannot be washed will be taken away for washing.
· Provide clean towels, tea towels, ironed sheets and pillow cases. Re-make beds
· Light bulbs will be replaced. (Owner to provide bulbs or we will purchase and invoice).
· A minimum of two sets of bed linen and towels are to be provided by the owner for each guest bed.
· Beach/pool towels, sofa throws, bedspreads, tablecloths, mattress protectors, blankets etc will incur extra charges.
· For each clean we will wash, dry and iron
o For each guest

§ 1 bath towel
§ 1 hand towel
o Up to 4 tea towels
· Any items that are in addition to usual cleaning that are required will be invoiced.
· If there is no washing machine available at the property then the costs below will be increased

MEET, GREET AND DEPARTURE KEY HANDOVERS.
· Guests must contact us when they have collected their hire car/taxi.
· Guests must make their way directly to the property after initial contact.
· We will be at the property for the guest’s arrival.
· Your guest’s will be met, handed the keys, and shown around the property, how to lock up securely, and the location of main fuse box and mains water supply.
· Departure time will be arranged to re-collect the keys

Airport transfers can be arranged from Lamezia Airport. Please contact us for prices and booking form.
Payment will be made direct to the Airport Transfer or Car Hire Company.
