If you are not ready to use the rental booking system then we can offer you our subscription service that provides you with our newsletter (keeping you informed of what is happening in Calabria) and our Discount card (giving you the benefit of our affiliates retail discounts). You can upgrade to any of the Management packages once your property is completed.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GOLD STAR SERVICE
This is our principal service that takes away any stress from owning a property in another country and gives you total peace of mind. The package includes;
· Advertising your property on MyBellaItaliaProperty Rentals booking system.
· Regular property checks internal and external, with monthly reporting by fax or email. Any damage will be photographed and the images sent by post or email.
· Regular testing of all appliances.
· Letter box clearance. All mail forwarded to your home address.
· Information pack providing general information on the property and area for your guests, including emergency contact numbers.
· Visits to your property to let tradesmen into the property.
· Financial advice on Banking and Insurance issues
· Free Newsletter
· Free Key-holding

· Discounted prices for holiday changeover cleans

MyBellaItalia Subscription Service
If you do not wish to partake in the rentals booking system, this subscription service allows you to keep informed about what is happening in Calabria and also receive benefits from our affiliated retailer discount scheme. You can use your Membership Card to purchase furniture, kitchens, electrical appliances and housewares giving you up to 10% discount on normal prices. You can upgrade later to one of the main Property Management packages when you are ready to rent out your property.
